📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check your order status in your account on peherav.com.
2. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a standard shipping charge applies and will be shown at checkout.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more info.
5. Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We allow exchanges based on size availability. Just mention “Exchange” in your return email to support@peherav.com.
6. How do I request a return?
Email us at support@peherav.com with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
8. Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most orders. You’ll see the option during checkout.

9. How do I find my size?
You can refer to our Size Chart available on each product page for accurate measurements.
10. Are the colors in product photos accurate?
We strive for accurate representation, but colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.
