If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • โœ… The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • โœ… Tags and packaging are intact
  • โœ… The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • โŒ Innerwear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
  • โŒ Customized or altered products
  • โŒ Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • ๐Ÿ“ง Email us at support@peherav.com with your order number and reason for return
  • ๐Ÿ“† Our team will respond within 1โ€“2 business days with instructions
  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโ€™ll notify you about the approval/rejection of your return

3. Refunds

  • โœ… If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • ๐Ÿ’ณ The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We offer size and product exchanges based on availability.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Share photos of the item and packaging
  • ๐Ÿšš Weโ€™ll arrange a free return or replacement
