If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโre here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- โ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- โ Tags and packaging are intact
- โ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items NOT eligible for return:
- โ Innerwear and accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
- โ Customized or altered products
- โ Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- ๐ง Email us at support@peherav.com with your order number and reason for return
- ๐ Our team will respond within 1โ2 business days with instructions
- ๐ฆ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weโll notify you about the approval/rejection of your return
3. Refunds
- โ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
- ๐ณ The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- ๐ฐ In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer size and product exchanges based on availability.
๐ฉ Follow the same steps as above and mention โExchangeโ in your email.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- ๐ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- ๐ธ Share photos of the item and packaging
- ๐ Weโll arrange a free return or replacement
